RESPONSABILITIES OF COMPETITORS
DURING THE RACE (2/2) |

During the race competitors cannot receive any help from aside
unless the escort team for particular race is required. Even in that
case the help is allowed only in places determined by the organizer.
In case of giving up or injury the competitors are bound to inform
the organizer. The team that wants to withdraw has to inform the organizer
immediately about its decision and about its position in the field.
The disqualified team can continue the race (outside competition)
if the organizer decides so.
Competitors must have the required equipment prescribed by the organizer
for particular disciplines. Before the race competitors
are obliged to prove that they have all the necessary equipment. The
competitors who do not meet the organizer’s demands will not be able
to compete.
The competitors are responsible for damaging or losing the
equipment that the organizer entrusted them. In that case
they have to compensate for the loss.
During the race competitors cannot use the roads forbidden by the
organizer. |
