| ORGANIZER - legal entity, society
or association that organizes adventure race/s that is rated
for overall sequence in the CAC. The organizer reserves the
right of changing the track and shortening the race for the
sake of competitors' safety. |
| MANAGER - organizer's representative,
follows and supervises the course of the race. He also has a
right to disqualify the team and to punish it with penalty hours.
With the consent of physician, and for the safety of competitors,
he can also expel the team from the race. |
| PHYSICIAN - responsible for
the health condition of competitors and for offering medical
help during the race. |
| CONTROLLERS - people on check
points who register passing of the teams. They have a right
to check the required team and personal equipment in line with
regulations and to punish with penalty hours, as well as to
disqualify because of the lack of equipment or because of the
use of unallowed one. |
| ESCORT TEAM - transports the
competitors' equipment and contacts its team in places determined
by the organizer. Members of the escort team have to be familiar
with the rules and regulations of the CAC and should comply
with the same. The organizer determines the number of members
and decides whether such a team is required or not for the race. |
| DARK ZONE – region determined
by the organizer in which progressing in a specific time period
is not allowed because of the safety of competitors. |
