BASIC RULES OF THE RACES   1. Every team consists of two members. 2. The competing teams meet one day before the start and are given the detailed infor-mation about the track of the race. 3. After the departure from the starting point, the control teams follow the progress of the competitors. 4. The competitors plan themselves when to sleep and to eat, and all the necessary equipment and food carry with them. 5. The team that passes the track and reaches the goal with all members present has finished the competition successfully. 6.
